ALlan Finkel
Allan Finkel is the Rabbi Emeritus at Temple Shalom, Winnipeg’s Reform congregation, and a regular presenter at Limmud Winnipeg. He grew up in Winnipeg’s north end in an Orthodox home and later journeyed, finding his spiritual home within liberal Judaism, leading eventually to his ordination as a rabbi. He is a lifelong learner, and explores topics that are new to him that he eagerly shares with others. He currently chairs the Winnipeg Council of Rabbis.
